Based on his book of the same name, Oriol Erausquin (known online as Infusión Ideológica) and Ricci Galiano present La rabia es nuestra (Rage is Ours), a show that reclaims rage as a legitimate, mobilising emotion in the face of injustice. Jumping between sketch and rally, with direct audience address and cabaret elements, the piece challenges the narrative of dialogue and conciliation as the only legitimate response to today's social and ecological crisis.
Erausquin is a researcher at Spain's CSIC and an activist, while Galiano is an artist trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. An uncomfortable but necessary piece that defends collective rage as a driver of organisation and hope. Free admission at the Auditoriu Teodoro Cuesta in Mieres, until the venue is full.
