The Semana Grande fireworks close out the night of Friday the 14th over Playa de Poniente, the moment that draws the biggest crowd of the whole Begoña festival. The show starts at midnight and is visible from all along the bay.
We would suggest getting there well ahead if you want a spot at the front of the sand, and reckoning on busy streets afterwards: the seafront promenade and the beach access points fill up long before the first rocket.
