Folixa la Sidre is one of the most representative celebrations of Asturian cider culture. From Friday 2 to Sunday 4 October, Ribadesella brings locals and visitors together around natural cider, music and tradition. It is organised by the Entaína Ribeseya cultural association.

The programme includes parades, an opening speech, live music, bagpipe bands and traditional activities, with favourites such as the homemade cider contest and a bagpipers' competition. A good excuse to experience the festive atmosphere of the town.
