Tuesday the 8th, the big day of the Fiestas de La Santina at Plaza de Requexu in Mieres, opens with the traditional bollo hand-out from noon to 5pm, accompanied by the Grupu de baile Ruxidera dance group, followed in the afternoon by a performance from Espoilers, from 1:30pm to 4pm.
It's the closing day of these neighbourhood fiestas, with free entry to every event.
