Plaza de Requexu, in Mieres, opens its Fiestas de La Santina with Saturday's session: Dj Masid takes over the music from 11pm to 2:30am, kicking off a festive weekend that runs through Tuesday.
These are neighbourhood fiestas with free entry and a warm atmosphere, built for enjoying live music and community life outdoors.
