Moreda Park hosts the neighbourhood's popular festival from 11 to 13 September 2026, organised by its residents' association for over three decades under the spirit of «faciendo barriu» (building neighbourhood). The programme brings together brass bands and concerts, traditional games, hot chocolate, puppet shows and a lively holi party, with plans for all ages. Together with the festivals of El Coto and Pescadores, it's one of the events that keep Gijón's festive spirit alive well into September. A neighbourhood festival with plenty of tradition and a family atmosphere.
