The Gijón neighbourhood of Fontaciera holds its patron saint festival for Saint Roch from 21 to 23 August 2026, part of the wide calendar of neighbourhood and parish festivals that fill Gijón with celebrations between May and November. As with the rest of these local events, it's organised by the neighbourhood itself, centred on a religious procession and the low-key, genuine atmosphere typical of the smaller festivals in the district.
