Taller familiar Herbario del Bosque

Red Kokoro, together with botanist Andrea Llorente, organises a family workshop to explore wild medicinal plants right in the forest, at the Paraes recreational area (Nava). The plan combines a sensory nature-connection workshop, a playful introduction to wild plants and their uses, and the making of a wild first-aid kit with two plants that each family takes home. The day is rounded off with a "bring your own" picnic — each family brings something to share — at the Chigre de Paraes, deep in the woods. Aimed at children from age 4, with limited places and prior sign-up.
