Camino Escena Norte's eighth edition opens in Gijón with «Esto es un poema», a puppet and clown show created jointly by Violeta y Péndula and Los Titiriteros de Binéfar. Vegetables escaping the fridge, two friends competing in a wildly silly poetry contest, and gentle messages about enjoying life and accepting friends as they are, make up this hour of comedy for all ages. The show takes place on 20 September at 18:00 at Teatro La Laboral, with free entry until the venue is full, part of a touring programme that runs until 15 November with ten productions crossing Asturias, Galicia, Cantabria, the Basque Country, Navarre and La Rioja.
