The social club La Amistad de la Abadía de Cenero holds its traditional Club Day from 28 to 30 August 2026, three days of neighbourhood gathering in this rural parish of Gijón. It's one of the regular events on the district's calendar of neighbourhood and parish festivals, which runs from May to November, hosted by the local club with the close-knit atmosphere typical of these celebrations: music, socialising and a few days for Cenero to enjoy together. A good excuse to explore the rural Asturias surrounding Gijón.
