Cine-concierto con César Latorre: He nacido, pero…

📍 Meidinerz Jazz Club, Gijón

On Sunday 11 October at 8pm, the Meidinerz Jazz Club in Gijón screens "I Was Born, But…", the silent film Yasujirō Ozu shot in 1932, while César Latorre improvises the soundtrack live on piano.

The film portrays childhood and family life in 1930s Japan with tenderness and humour, and the live music gives each screening its own rhythm and feeling. Doors open at 7:30pm; tickets cost €12.50 (€10 for members).
