On Sunday 9 August at 9 pm, Plaza Mayor welcomes Buena Vista All Stars, an independent project bringing together some of Cuba's finest current musicians alongside original members of the legendary Buena Vista Social Club. With their show 'Una Noche en La Habana', they revisit classic Cuban son tunes such as 'Chan Chan' and 'Dos Gardenias', keeping alive the spirit and musical quality that made the original project world-famous. A free open-air concert to dance to son, boleros and guarachas, part of Gijón's Semana Grande.
