Paseo de Begoña fills up with rock and metal thanks to the free concert by Tangerine, part of the Arte en la Calle programme that Divertia runs across several spots in Gijón every summer. On stage, four young musicians cover classic English-language rock songs from the 70s, 80s and 90s, ranging from stadium anthems to heavier metal tracks. It's a great plan for an August evening outdoors, with no ticket and no cost at all, right in the lively atmosphere of Paseo de Begoña. Just get there a little early to grab a good spot before the show kicks off at 8pm.
