Begoña. ANGEL MACHINE. (Power pop y cabaret)
📍 Paseo de Begoña · View on map
Paseo de Begoña fills with humour and nostalgia thanks to Angel Machine, a playful covers band spanning the 60s, 70s and 80s, founded by Roberto Nicieza, drummer of Australian Blonde. Their biggest draw is their frontman's charisma, channelling Iggy Pop's attitude and Javier Gurruchaga's stage flair, jumping from Julio Iglesias to Rocío Jurado or from Alaska to José Luis Perales within the same set. This is a free open-air concert as part of the Arte en la Calle series, packed with wild, surreal banter between songs — a great pick for a family summer evening right in the centre of Gijón.
